(Vinyasa Yoga)

Our signature 60-minute Vinyasa variation flow in a 100°, infrared-heated room. This class is curated by each instructor and offers variety to your practice. Between the playlist, heated flow and the closing of practice in Savasana with a chilled lavender-grapefruit towel - you’ll float out of here on your own private cloud 9.

Essential Yoga

(BUILDING YOUR power vinyasa PRACTICE)

This is the signature LBD (little black dress) of Hustle/Haven flow classes. Cultivate your power vinyasa yoga practice in this 60 minute flow class focusing on form, fundamentals, and principles; all done in a warm 90° room. This class has a set sequence that is intended to help you build a solid foundation (and serious sweat!) for your HH power vinyasa yoga practice*.  

Haven Hour

(YIN YOGA)

Slip away into deep muscle stretching & relaxation in our signature 85° Yin Yoga. Take your muscles to a comfortable stretching edge & hold deeply for several minutes, & practice active meditation and encourage muscle release & detoxification. Complete the practice with a chilled lavender-grapefruit towel.

Yin & Juice

(slow flow + yin)

A slow burn yoga flow in 85 degree heat (that’s the juice), followed by an extra long stretch sesh with fascia - releasing poses (that’s the yin). Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? Complete the practice with a chilled lavender-grapefruit towel.

Hustle & Sculpt

(Yoga flow with weights)

Designed to get things toned, this flow is full of high energy, loud music and sweaty feels. Unlike a traditional flow, this format will sprinkle in cardio bursts between weighted work and emphasizes deep core strengthening. This class hits all the muscles a traditional flow doesn’t- a perfect addition to your yoga practice (and don’t forget the chilled lavender-grapefruit towel!) 90° heat. This class is offered as a 60 minute format and a 45 minute Express format.

Barkan Flow - 75 minutes

(Vinyasa Yoga)

The Barkan Method is a style of Hatha Yoga originating from a lineage in Calcutta, India. It is a 75-minute set sequence that also integrates postures from other styles of yoga to create variations, versatility, and greater range of motion. Practiced in a heated room, the sequence builds strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, and helps to restore all vital systems in the body to optimal health. 105° heat.

Baptiste - 75 minutes

(Baptiste power vinyasa)

Flow with power! This invigorating power vinyasa set sequence contains eleven component parts of the Baptiste Journey Into Power sequence...with a Hustle/Haven twist! Expect some motivating tunes to support the flow while you harness creativity and build a strong power based practice. The sequence is adaptable for all ages, body types, and physical abilities. Class time is 75 minutes. The room will be set between 90-95 degrees.


*The power vinyasa style focuses on keeping a steady, flowing pace linking one breath to each movement.  The class flows from one pose to the next without stopping to build aerobic capacity and heat within the muscles.

Cycle 45

(Rhythm-based cycle class with weights)

Our signature 45-minute, rhythm-based indoor cycling class. Low lights, loud music, dance party on the bike that is sure to make you sweat and leave feeling like you just had the time of your life on the (cycle) dance floor!

Cycle EXPRESS

(RHYTHM-BASED CYCLE CLASS WITH WEIGHTS)

Our signature rhythm-based indoor cycling class but wrapped up in 30 minutes so you are in, out and on your way! Low lights, loud music, dance party on the bike that is sure to make you sweat and leave feeling like you just had the time of your life on the (cycle) dance floor!

Cycle Core

(COMBO CYCLE+DEDICATED CORE WORK)

Start with our signature rhythm-based cycling class (25 minutes) and end on your mat focusing on strong, functional core work (20 minutes). This 45-minute class combines cardio endurance and dynamic, core-stabilizing drills that strengthen the abdominal wall and posterior muscles.

Hustle Pulse

(RHYTHM-BASED CYCLE AND OFF-BIKE TONING)

Combining the Hustle/Haven rhythm ride that you’ve come to know and love with a results-driven low-impact, high-intensity workout, this 60-minute class has it all. We'll bring you 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and 30 minutes of toning off the bike. Come for the party, stay for the challenge.

(Combo Cycle+Yoga)

Imagine feeling energized, endorphins coursing through your veins, only to bliss out with a gentle stretch that sends you into deep relaxation, all in 60 minutes! We aren’t joking when we claim this is a match made only in (Hustle) Haven. Class starts on the bike and ends on the mat - come get your yin and yang on with us. Yoga portion 85°.
