1ST CLASS WITH US?  
Your first class will be SO much better if you are not rushed. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early & read all the information provided here (we do not allow late admittance to class at all).

 

Studio Policies, Information and Terms:   

BE EARLY - NO LATE ENTRY PERMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS:

Please be checked in and on your bike or mat, ready for class at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class*, or spots will be released to any clients in the studio signed in standing by.

Please do not call or ask for late admittance, our staff is not permitted to allow late admittance or to hold your spot from any client who is standing by if you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class. That “no” is awkward for everyone! We try very hard to communicate this policy to you before your arrival. Please allow for traffic, parking (occasionally our lot is full), changing and setting up. 

WHY?!

  • Out of respect to our teachers and clients who are ready for class, for your safety and to maintain our class schedule.

  • Clients benefit deeply from being engaged in class without interruption from the start of class. Once Yoga class starts, it’s very distracting if someone is stepping over or unrolling yoga mats (people may be setting their intention or the class may have shifted spacing from the empty spot ). Once Cycle class starts, it’s not safe in the dark to set up your bike, grabbing free weights or learning how to clip in and use your bike. Your instructor has planned and started their class and it’s time to engage!

  • If we let someone in late, any kind of late, the rest of the class will expect the same on another day and on it will go.

  • Being in class from the start is part of the Haven from your daily Hustle experience!

*Enrolled clients who are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class: Spot(s) will be released if there are any clients who are at the studio enrolled on our standby list for that class. See next section for how stand-by works.

STAND-BY LIST:

Want to take a chance to get in a full class? Be at the studio and sign up (in person only) to stand-by for a spot. If any registered client has not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class, the spot is yours (and at a 50% discount from our single drop in price). In-person sign ups only. Our staff is not permitted to sign up for you. No phone calls please.


CLIENTS CANCELING CLASS:

  • Before 9pm the night before all the classes the next day:

    • No penalties or fees

  • After 9pm the night before all the classes the next day:

    • Class packs / per class memberships / single reservations:

      • lose that class credit

    • Unlimited pricing of any kind:

      • $15 accountability fee

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS / TEACHER SUBSTITUTIONS / INCLEMENT WEATHER:

On the occurrence that only 1 or 2 clients are signed up for a class, H/H reserves the right to cancel the class. All clients in the class will be notified by email.

Occasionally the posted scheduled teacher may need a substitute teacher. The sub will be posted as soon as we have notice, however, last minute subs can happen with little to no notice.

Inclement Weather: Hustle/Haven will decide by 9pm for the first 2 classes of the next day. All further classes will be case by case. Enrolled clients will be notified by email for cancelled classes. Watch for cancellations on our social media and the schedule on our website or app.

Current Students / Teachers / Active Military / First Responders / Nurses receive 15% off of services* with a valid current ID. CYCLE SHOES / YOGA MATS, BLOCKS & STRAPS

Cycle Shoes:

·      Clip in shoes: Required for every cycle class (pedals offer both Delta Look & SPD clips), rentals are available for $2/class

·      Unlimited cycle shoe rental membership: Available for $15/month

Yoga Mats, Blocks & Straps:

·      Mats: Limited number of mats available to rent for $2/rental

·      Straps & Blocks: Plenty available for use, they are sanitized after each class

 

GOOD TO KNOW:

·      No phones in class / credit or debit cards only / no cash accepted

·      Compression & moisture-wicking apparel highly recommended

·      Minimum age is 16; under 18: legal guardian physical signature on an in-studio liability waiver is required

·      Towing from our parking lot is enforced outside of studio hours at the car owner’s expense

 LOCKERS / PERSONAL ITEMS / LOST & FOUND:

Our lockers are self-locking, no lock required. They also have a USB port in them, bring a cord and charge your stuff!  

·      All personal items must be stowed in lockers (including shoes and phones!) and are the full responsibility of the client.

·      The lost & found is purged every Friday, with the exception of yoga mats which will be held for one month. Please call if you would like us to briefly hold something.

Don’t want to bring your stuff back and forth? Locker rentals are available for $60/month.

  

WAITLISTS:   Add yourself to waitlists… they move pretty quickly as the class gets closer!  How does it work?

·      Before 9pm the night prior to all next day classes: Clients on a waitlist are auto-enrolled as spots open in order of requests and will be notified by email.  Watch your waitlisted classes, remember to remove yourself if you are no longer able to come if auto-enrolled.  Once you are auto-enrolled, penalties/fees apply should you cancel after 9pm the night prior to class or if you no-show. 

·      After 9pm the night prior to all next day classes: After 9pm, auto-enrollment stops, the waitlist halts and you are safe from being auto-enrolled. Anyone can enroll after 9pm if openings become available. (If you remain on the waitlist after 9pm and there is an opening and you wish to enroll, you’ll need to remove yourself from the waitlist first and then enroll). Enrollments after 9pm are first come, first served.

·      Clients booking on class credits (class packs, single classes): enrolling on a waitlist reserves a class credit, the credit is returned to you if you do not get into the class or if you cancel before the late cancel window (before 9pm the night prior to your class).  This is so that clients cannot take places on waitlists in excess of their available class credits (as our system will move anyone up once they are on a waitlist into a class if a spot opens up).

 

CLASS RELEASES / WHEN CAN I BOOK CLASSES?

·      General Release:

You can book 2 weeks out. At 9pm each night, all classes for the next 14th day out in our 2 week booking window are released.

·      Advanced Booking Release **Sold Out**

You can book 3 weeks out. At 9pm each night, all classes for the next 21st day out in the advanced booking window are released.

**Sold Out** (We have a limited amount of Advance Booking memberships (20) available for an additional fee of $50 per month on any membership. Prepaid year memberships include advanced booking at no extra charge. This option sees and is able to book 3 weeks out.  Adding or purchasing this option begins a new membership term.  A 30 day notice must be given to change this option before your membership auto-renews after the original commitment term has been met. Please ask if any are available if you are interested.) **Sold Out**

GEO-CHECK-IN

You can check into class on your phone, once you are close to the studio, 5-30 minutes before class. Please put your phone in a locker after check-in, no phones are allowed in class.

FLASHING LIGHTS WARNING:

Cycle classes have flashing lights which may affect people who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING PERKS/TERMS:

For any services that you have already purchased, the terms have been agreed to and are available in your client profile.

·      Payments for Services are Non-Refundable

·      Guest Passes

Clients with applicable memberships are allowed one guest pass per month into their account. Guest passes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and do not roll over.

·      Freeze Privileges:

  • A freeze is a pause in your payments. Freezing your pricing will change your payment dates and end date by the number of days you freeze.

  • We prefer one week’s notice to freeze.

  • 12 month commitment contracts allow for up to four weeks of freeze time (minimum one week freeze at a time).

  • Maternity/Paternity: Six weeks will be granted, in addition to the allotted annual contract freeze.

  • Injury/Mental Health: Extended freeze will be granted with provided Doctor’s or licensed Therapist note specifying exercise is prohibited with finite dates of needed time off in addition to the allotted annual contract freeze.

  • Purchasing client is still obligated to give proper notice if they wish to end their pricing.

·      Payment obligations:

  • All pricing requires a 30-day notice to cancel.

  • Processed payments are not refunded. Purchase terms and studio policies apply.

  • The client agrees to paying all required payments on the due dates and keeping a valid and current card on file for automatic payments and late cancel / no-show penalties or fees. Should a payment fail for any reason, the client will owe any failed or declined payment(s), to be paid promptly, and risk rejoining with current pricing, losing any previous lower prior pricing or discounts. Clients are responsible for any expenses or legal fees to collect failed or declined payments, including the failed or declined payments.

  • Terminating a contract also terminates any previous lower pricing. Should the client wish to rejoin, it will be at current pricing.
