Vision

Hustle/Haven Yoga Teacher Training (HHYTT) is a space where you will create a foundation of understanding Yoga as an ancient practice and how it has evolved into what we share today. Think of your life as a Yogi like a quilt. This training will lay out the fabric, provide the needle and thread, to begin patching your understanding of Yoga. You’ll learn to weave together the elements of Yoga practice- like philosophy, sequencing, and personal voice to create a personalized patch-work quilt that reflects your individuality and offers a supportive space for people to be.
